I have an addies watch and it has a Seiko NH35 movement. Well built for the cost.

Sometimes, the movement will settle down and get better after service. It might take a few hours.

I have a watch that I like. It has a 2813 movement in it. It stopped working after 3 months. I opened it up and found three small strings inside and the o ring on the stem was loose and inside jammed between the gears. I removed it and put a better-fitting ring on the crown. I didn't want to do a complete service, so I just oiled what I could get from the back. I don't know if it helped. I used 9010 oil. So far it's been running for two days. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

My Copernicus makes a metallic noise when I lightly shake my wrist, also the crown seems to move slightly as if the mechanism is moving inside the watch, is this easy to fix myself ?

I've been watching some people building these nh35 watches with ebay / alix parts. But I wonder, why does nobody use a dial washer? Is it not necessary?

nice video. i have bought 50 2603/2602 movements and in the proces of seeing how many working ones i can make out of them. do you know where i could get a bunch of cases for that type of watch?

Hello, many thanks for the great video. Unfortunately I have problems with the Date Dial Site.... The crown or winding shaft is not working properly. I can only get it to the 1 position and it then only adjusts the hour and minute hands, but I have no “idle time” and can't adjust the date either... Can you help me here? It looks like the one in minute 04:09. What tool do you use to adjust it, like in 4:37? Many thanks in advance and best regards Florian

Dużo by się chciało powiedzieć, ale nie ma na to warunków. Ja zauroczyłem się zegarkami mechanicznymi w te wakacje podczas urlopu-po sentymentalnej podróżyw czasy mojego dzieciństwa. Otrzymałem wiele mechanizmów i zegarków po moim wujku. Niestety po tylu latach żaden już nie chodzi. Postanowiłem jednak wprawić je w ruch. Szukałem wiedzy jak do tego się zabrać. Wkońcu natrafiłem na Pana filmiki. Uważam że żaden inny film w sieci nie jest tak dobrze zrobiony i opatrzony komentarzem jak Pański. To dzięki Panu stawiam pierwsze kroki i wiem że sobie naprawdę poradzę. Bardzo dobra robota. Paweł

First the hairspring ist not damaged, it is only a little bit out of shape, with some skill an patience it can be fixed. Second the new Spring comes from a much lighter balance wheel, it will most probably be impossible to regulate the watch to keep time.

Good work. I have a problem with the plastic ring that seals the mechanism. 8215, but like you it doesn't fit. I can't figure out how to fix it.

Hi Sebastian, Thank you for great video. I have a question. Did you get any fault code before the sensor replacing? I am gonna replace mine, because of fault code „P0183 Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit High”. Hopefully new sensor helps 😊

That watch movement is 1976 or newer. It has the Etachron regulator system.
